Corporate Profile
At the inception of BMG Northern Networks in 2004, it was apparent that Safety and Integrity Management Services was to be at the forefront of our (HDD) Pipeline Construction Inspection Services. Due to government regulations for accountability, along with increased safety requirements, BMG took a more proactive and diligent approach to pipeline inspection. Our services evolved with the establishment of a central management system where Quality Control can be measured and Quality Assurance can be monitored.
BMG Northern Networks is firmly positioned to provide the following services on all pipeline construction projects:
- Engineering
- HDD Inspection
- Mainline & Facilities Inspection
- Environmental Services
Because Quality Control and Quality Assurance is paramount, our central management system oversees all operations ensuring consistency and competency. Integrity and accountability are not rhetoric at BMG Northern Networks – they are the guiding principles that govern day-to-day business transactions. Our programs are continuously evolving and being developed to meet or exceed regulatory requirements for Pipeline Construction Projects now and in the future.
Challenges provide opportunities. With growth and increased demands of pipeline integrity management and HSE program requirements; there is urgent need to establish industry standards within the pipeline, facilities and horizontal directional drilling inspection sector. BMG Northern Networks will lead the way in setting these standards by addressing gaps in skill set competencies, and train accordingly. Training will be funded and accessible to all participants, to be strictly monitored as part of our internal quality control, thereby producing a highly trained work force to meet the growing demands of the industry.
BMG Northern Network’s affiliation with the Blueox Management Group of companies throughout the Mackenzie Valley in the Northwest Territories and Yukon was initially established to address the need to incorporate Northerners and Aboriginal people in major pipeline projects and developments in the North. This affiliation also serves as a mean of managing our contributions to mitigate the following environmental impacts:
- Social
- Economical
- Cultural
The identification and reduction of gaps is well served by our management team that brings quality to any project.
