Health
BMG Northern Networks Ltd is focused on health and wellness in the workplace. Job tasks will be analyzed and if necessary, modifications will be recommended to mitigate any health risk. The company has a zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. Screening will always be a condition of employment.
Safety
Proper analysis along with application of proper training and education can minimize the risk factors. With proper equipment and training procedures, the company adopts a goal of zero incidents. All safety management programs will be based on both the developers' standards and those of Industry Recognized Practices, OH&S Standards/Codes, and/or other applicable regulations.
